Horrible experience, worst Marriott Bonvoy hotel ive stayed in. The water from the sink was brown and sometimes white I emailed hotel manager but no reply. Very frustrating experience.

Even I am one of the most loyal customers of the hotel i sadly need to express my disappointment about the housekeeping service. They never cleaned the room for almost 2 weeks. Forgot (!) to leave towels, tea, coffee almost every day. Heater net was full of dust. Everywhere in the room was full of dust indeed.

No safe in room, poor closing shower door, no toiletries replaced at times. Drugs used outside entrance to hotel and offered in hotel in seating area near hotel bar. Some staff appear uninterested in what's going on.

I love the location of the hotel. It’s by train stations and places to eat so I didn’t have to leave downtown Brooklyn.

Great location, nice lobby. Room floor plan was great. Had plenty of space for luggage and toiletries, etc. I appreciated the in room coffee and fruit water in the lobby. Also nice music in the lobby. No problems with late night noise.

Good sized room. Air con worked well. Wifi was bad. Had to reconnect every time and it took ages. Staff were really helpful. One minor problem with air and they sent an engineer to sort it out immediately.
